bird
My first official release in two years. For this collection of songs I put a lot of focus on songwriting and
lyric crafting. I'm usually trapped in my process of impromptu and the occasional written material but I'm
trying to expand. This direction is one I'm really happy with and can see more of my records / blips and bloops
following suit.
The idea behind the name bird was that all these songs would get stuck in my head while I was making
them. My wife and I had just started taking care of a new flock of birds and I would find myself singing to
them. Eventually I started calling them my "birdsongs".
Also I got Chickens and really fell in love with birds.
